Thank you for shopping with us! By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing Time
• Orders are processed 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays).
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
• During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), processing may take 1–2 extra days.
2. Shipping Destinations
• United States: We ship to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and US territories.
• International: Currently we ship to Canada, UK, Australia, and select EU countries.
• We do not ship to: Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, and other restricted regions.
3. Shipping Carriers & Costs(US Domestic)
• Standard Shipping (USPS First Class/Priority Mail)

◦ Delivery: 1–2 business days
• Oversized/Heavy items: Additional fee may apply (shown at checkout).
4. Estimated Delivery Time(US Domestic)
• Standard: 3–7 business days
• Expedited: 1–2 business days
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
5. International Shipping
• Rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Free international shipping on orders $150+ (select countries).
• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not cover these charges.
• International delivery: 7–21 business days (customs delays possible).
6. Order Tracking
• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
• Track your package on the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.).
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
• Lost: If your package is not delivered within 30 days of shipping, contact us for a full refund or reshipment.
• Damaged: Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or refund.
8. Local Pickup(Optional)
• In-store pickup available at:

• No pickup fee; order will be ready in 1–2 business days.
9. Holidays & Delays
• We observe all US federal holidays. Orders placed on holidays will be processed the next business day.
• Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or customs are beyond our control. We will assist with tracking but are not liable for delays.
